Head of Global Marketing
Farrukh Lalani is part owner and the founding Head of Global Marketing at Aria Gems, Inc. She has over 15 years of experience in both the private and not-for-profit sector. She started her career with KPMG where she worked on product launches in emerging markets such as Thailand and India. Farrukh then transitioned to the international development, not for profit sector working for organizations such as the Aga Khan Development Network in Afghanistan, Syria and Tajikistan focusing on private sector development and women’s economic empowerment initiatives.
Farrukh is responsible for all aspects of marketing for Aria Gems, Inc. including strategy, branding, product mix, partners, communications and distribution channels. Ms. Lalani led the successful marketing of Aria Gems products to major gemstone buying hubs in the US, China, London, and Switzerland.
Farrukh holds a Master of Science in Management from the LSE, a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from McGill University. She is fluent in English, French, Urdu and has a working knowledge of Arabic.
